The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the canal boats, the castle, and several pubs. The apartment itself had spacious bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was clean and functional. Additionally, the car park was conveniently located and there was a laundromat nearby.
The outside area could have been better maintained, as the mossy floor in the yard was slippery.

The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped, making our romantic escape enjoyable. It had all the appliances we needed and the cozy atmosphere added to the charm. the location was also perfect, tucked away in a quiet area yet still close to amenities like pubs and shops. We loved being able to easily walk to the canal boats and explore the nearby castle. Plus, the walk through Skipton woods was a highlight, with its beautiful scenery and proximity to the castle.
One aspect we didn't like was the lack of free car parking nearby. It was a bit of a hassle to find parking and we had to settle for a pay and display option, which added additional costs to our stay.

Location was perfect for exploring the surrounding Dales and the nearby town with great shopping options. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and the kitchen facilities were excellent. We particularly loved the electric wood burner which added a lovely ambience and kept the sitting room warm and cozy.
The cottage had creaky floorboards which could be a bit noisy, especially on the landing. there was no lock on the bathroom door, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
